As a neighborhood inside Interstate Loop 465, just south of the city center, Concord is a community that appeals to many. There are great greenspaces near Concord like Garfield Park, home to an arts center, a Sunken Garden, an aquatic center and more. From Concord, it's fairly easy to navigate the Indianapolis metro area because of nearby freeways. Interstates 60 and 75 are both within miles of the community and the southern portion of the 465 Loop isn't too far either.
